1. Agreement

By creating an account with ByabshaOS (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via our payment partners, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card payments. Your subscription renews each period until cancelled.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service (products, customers, sales, and related records). We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ByabshaOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
